My name is Matt. This blog started as a meditation blog – I’ve been studying and practicing Buddhism on and off for over 15 years. Right now I’m in an “off” period. After a while of inactivity, I created another blog about a programming project I was working on. Then I thought maybe I’d create a blog about the stuff I’ve been doing on the ukulele lately (my current obsession). Finally, I decided to just dump it all into one site. My interests include music (watching, listening and making), programming (the web in particular), spirituality (UU and Buddhism), nature (especially trees) and running. So that’s all what I write about here. Whatever I’m consumed with at the moment, which changes every few months.

Hi Matt, what a treat to discover your blog! I too live with daily meditation and mindfulness practice, and it is wonderful to see you sharing your journey here. Blogosphere as Sangha indeed. Bless xx
Thanks for stopping by, Nicole. Happy to meet another like-minded blogger out there! I loved your post about about the wild dogs.
